How to set up code commenting in Sublime text?

I have been using Sublime text and the Emmet plugin for layout for a long time. It was very convenient to create the necessary construction with abbreviations, then put a vertical line + c [ |c ] at the end, press Tab and the whole structure unfolded, and all structure elements were commented at the end, you can see where which class ends. It was an extremely convenient thing, immediately order and no confusion. Today, Emmet seems to have been updated and now the structure can simply be expanded by taboo, but without commenting, and the editor does not respond to the previous combination. Help to return / configure this function, as if the hand was chopped off. Yesterday everything was working, but today is a surprise.
