What are these blog redirects from site53273765.snip.to?

I noticed that lately my website has been getting hits from sources unknown to me (I look at the statistics in Google Analytics) - examples: site53273765.snip.to or claim67040902.copyrightclaims.org. What is this miracle? There were three days of 30 such transitions, and basically they did not stay for a long time and from different countries. Attack of bots, want to ping or what? I can not understand. here is the screenshot

Most likely spam traffic. I recommend adding such hosts to the filters - host exclusion.
