What are the web-projects for teaching children programming/logic?
A son from the age of 3 with a computer on “you”, what can you do, we have a family of IT specialists and processors in the house so far more than us, and being determines consciousness, so I want to direct the healthy interest of children in the right direction.
Can someone tell me a resource where a child (5-10 years old) can learn the basics of logic and writing algorithms in the form of a game / tasks. I am primarily interested in Russian projects in this area, but I will not refuse English-language sites either.

Here is a link to several solutions www.zdnet.com/blog/btl/programming-resources-for-kids-101/65932
Not exactly a web project, of course, but don't forget Lego Mindstorms . :)
The English-speaking ones are KhanAcademy (they have recently begun to move towards Computer Science) and CodeAcademy (and here, it seems, there is even a little Russian).
If you want your child to become a good programmer, then don't make the mistake of
limiting him to learning math in base 10 only.
Train him to switch from one base to another.
Fundamental algebra can only be fully understood
when you can represent any number in any base, especially 2, 8, and 16.
Soroban (Japanese abacus) is worth using to teach children.
And there is also such a book:
Authors: A.G. Kushnirenko, G.V. Lebedev
It has a wonderful lecture about the difference between the skill of algorithmic thinking and knowledge of a programming language :
lecture No. 1 in the file in it, see paragraph A1
The book is written more for school teachers, but the examples are interesting.
