I would like to make short videos of 5-10 seconds that could be conveniently sent to viber, hangouts, etc.
At least such an option that they are stored in the phone's memory.
I tried it in video format, in hangouts - when you click on the video it opens in the video player, in viber - when you click on the video it is downloaded, on the second click it opens.
Tell me, is it possible to somehow glue gif + sound into a 5-10 second animation?
