How to change frame rate in gif animation in Photoshop?

Good afternoon!
I make banners for a Google ad campaign. There requirement - animation frequency 5fps.
Photoshop defaults to 30fps. Can this be changed for gif animation?
I know that if you export it as a video, then you can change the frequency there, but I can’t find it for gifs.
