What are the ways to install the driver if it does not see the USB flash drive and there is no Internet on the computer?

What are the ways to install the driver if it does not see the USB flash drive and there is no Internet on the computer? If anything, I have windows 7. There is no hard drive either.

1.Perhaps you stick a flash drive into the USB3 port of firewood for which there is no OS. Plug into the USB2 port - should be supported by Windows without additional drivers. Typically, USB3 ports are blue and USB2 are black.
2. Write the driver to a CD / DVD disc
3. Remove the hdd, connect it to a computer with drivers, copy the drivers to the connected hdd, plug the hdd into place, boot up and install the drivers from the disk.

If there is no network or external devices, then only remove the hard drive, plug it into another computer and rewrite it, then plug it back in.
Or run a hex editor and manually enter all the bytes of the desired file, save. But this is if there is a lot of free time.

Burn a disc if the target computer has a disc drive.
Hook up a hard drive to a free SATA port with the necessary files.
Insert the USB2 controller into a free PCI/PCIE slot and connect the flash drive to it.
The option with floppy disks and bluetooth will probably be far-fetched.
