What are the ways to create a building plan?

Greetings! The task is: having pretty good photographs of the fire plan of the building in hand, you need to get a regular plan - with walls, windows, stairs and openings - but in digital form. Is there a way to do this automatically by feeding something the fire plan snapshots?

And if suddenly not, then it is interesting to know what architectural editors exist with the ability to apply a translucent layer? This will help in order to load the plan as this layer and simply outline it.

In fact, in all CADs, you can overlay an image on a plane, including in the named autocad.

There is a task of building a 3d model from a photo, called Photogrammetry
, unfortunately, to get something more or less adequate, you need a large number of photos from different places and intersecting partially or completely, i.e. the same point must be photographed from at least three positions.
I know for sure that professional software allows in semi-manual mode (the operator in the photo shows the same objects with dots), the software can calculate the relative position of the specified points.
Of course, the photo should be linked to the dimensions and distances, or you need to take measurements of some key objects, for example, the size of the room
and yes, you will not get a plan, but a set of points in space, which you will also connect manually, so that the software can connect them automatically, you just need a huge amount of photos and computing resources
