Does Autocad 2016 work with drawings created in Autocad 2017 without conversion?

There are drawings created in Autocad 2017, the working PC will have Autocad 2016. Actually, the question is, who has what experience, will these drawings be opened / edited normally? If not, how can you convert from under macos (you can convert to Autocad360, only in version 2013 and older)?

The format of dwg files in AutoCAD 2016 and 2017 is the same, drawings made in 2017 will open normally in 2016. In addition, it is always possible to save the drawing in an earlier version.
