How to export apartment characteristics from AutoCad Architecture?

Hello)) I faced the following task: I have a floor plan of a residential building in AutoCad. There are 10 pieces on the plan of apartments - I need to set parameters for each apartment (area, number of balconies, number of rooms ...) and be able to export them, for example, to Excel. i.e. "Apartment 1 - rooms 1 - area 50 sq.m" + coordinates of the corners of the apartments.
Is it possible to do this with regular AutoCad capabilities, if not, can someone take up the implementation of such a plugin?
