What are the ways to add multilingualism to an existing AngularJS application?

There is already a ready-made application. The application has a lot of textual information (tables, forms, lists, etc.) and now the task is to add multilingualism. If anyone has experienced this, please share your experience or your own implementation.
PS: I'm interested in localization (l10n), not internationalization (i18n).
PPS: Is it possible to make translations in the same way as PoEdit works?
