What are the ways to activate the 1C platform on OS X?

Hello!
Please help me figure out the issue. It will be about 1C platforms.
There are two 1C distributions, one is "cured", the other is not. I would like to understand how the platform is "healed" on OS X. But I can't find any differences in the folders and files of these two distributions. At first glance, they are completely identical.

On other sites, everyone is advised to install the emulator on a virtual Windows, but in my case this is critical, since the hardware is not right.
Maybe someone else asked this question? Or does anyone know of other solutions...?
