For example, there is VLIV for TIFF , but it is not convenient because it shows the image only at maximum magnification and the vertical scrolling is slow.
You need something like HD VIEW only for the desktop.

If the raster is attached, I think you can somehow cut it and fasten it to SAS.Planet . Please refer to the dedicated forum.
