Hello. You need software to convert image files (cardiograms, encephalograms, etc.) into a file with vertex coordinates, or line coordinates, or some other kind of data that you can work with mathematically.

If from the equipment, then doesn't it have a regular function of exporting into something digestible?
I haven’t seen any specific software for such a thing, I don’t think that it exists, but it’s not particularly difficult to write it, it will take a couple of hours at most. I can help with this if needed, just need to specify what you need at the output.
As I understand it, it would be ideal to get an array of chart height values (from -1 to +1) from these charts, but some of the data will be cut off, because in some places overlapping of one chart on another is visible.
In MatLab, the findpeaks(x) function (there are settings) will find all local maxima. Accordingly, findpeaks(-x) are minimums.
What to recognize? You can also use Matlab. But it is easier, as advised, to find a communication interface with the equipment.
