Videos are watched by users through the application. There are about 500 users per day with video viewing time from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

I read that hosting in the Netherlands is best suited for this, but I did not find specific reviews about hosters.

What are you looking for in Russian? :) Well, damn it ... look in Russian for information about Dutch hosting for porn placement :) You need to search in English, well, or where Russians are not liked - they will share such information with pleasure :)
