What are the UI frameworks for HTML Desktop Apps?

I have a Node-Webkit HTML Desktop application. We need something to simplify the development of the interface.
Ext.JS is heavy, you need something more modern like Framework7 for iOS.
But specificity - Desktop.
What do you advise?
