What is the server? What operating system?
The "Site" itself does not consume resources. They are consumed by the database and the web server.

Your hosting company has answers to this question.
You can view the list of POST / GET requests and downloaded files in the "Developer Tools"
(Google Chrome) + see the time they were downloaded.
