What are the tools for viewing event handlers on html page elements?

At the moment, I personally use Firefox, which allows you to see in this way what events "hang" on a particular form, button, or other html element:

This is extremely convenient, especially when getting acquainted with someone else's code. But maybe I'm outdated and there is something more convenient?
