What are the tools for documenting code online?

Good day to all!
I’ll make a reservation right away: I know about Doxygen, Opengrok, PHPDoc.
But, either they do not know what I need, or I did not figure out how it works.
I ask you to suggest some online service or engine that you can simply install on your hosting and document the code there.
I don't need automatic parsing of my sources either, the projects to be documented are so small that it's easier to do everything by hand. And there is no specific connection to any technology, since I write in several languages.
