What are the tools for a mobile app designer?

Hi all.
When developing, I periodically encounter the fact that designers cannot immediately draw all the details for mobile application resources: many have not heard about 9-patch, and animation has to be done “by eye” (delays, fade-in / fade-out, etc. .)
Usually designers use Zeplin, but for a mobile developer this is an inconvenient tool.
Maybe there are some other more convenient tools where you can easily get all the elements for animation and their parameters, ready-made 9-patch, etc.?

Strangle such designers and NEVER do their work for them. Force the use of tools like Principle, InVision Studio, Adobe XD.
