What are the text translation plugins for Chrome?

You need a plugin that works in this format: you hover over an English word and a hint-translation in Russian comes out.
I would also like to be able to highlight sentences and receive a translation.
Are there similar plugins?

For Google Chrome there is a Dinstant translate extension, I think it will suit you. You can highlight the desired word, press the right button and select "translate", a pop-up window will translate.
