What are the steps for setting up a vps under django?

Guys, hello.
Now I have completed my project under Django. It is necessary to put all business on the server. I want to ask the guys how to do it.
My requirements are: python3.5, django 1.9, Postgres. Put an ssl certificate on the whole thing. Well, that's all. It makes no sense to install statics on a separate server, since the project is small.
My actions:
1) I buy vps, xen on digitalocean
2) I choose CentOS 7+
3) I set up CentOS - can I have a link to the manual and a description of what needs to be done?
4) I set up Postgres, Nginx, and Gunicorn - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/h...
5) I install an SSL certificate.
...
6) Profit?
You can change it and suggest how to do it. The project is small, there should be no load. The main requirement is that it works and does not fall.
Ps If you order the entire setup on freelance, how much will it be in rubles?
Pss Does it make sense to buy VPS from Reg.ru to save money? There like free SSL give?

For every taste, though under ubuntu, but I don’t see any difference with centos at all, except for installing packages and config locations.

In general, everything is correct, Alexey Cheremisin has already thrown off the instructions, so I don’t see any particular problem in doing everything myself. There is nothing difficult, and then it will come in handy later in life. In the case of freelancing, there is also a risk that they will put a backdoor on the server or another bad one. For free certificates, Let's Encrypt
is already in full swing ( documentation ) And here is a post on Habré about it :
