What are the standards and technologies in software development and certification of development companies?
Hello! Code design standards, program documentation, specifications. How do developers certify? References and literature if possible. I'm not interested in mandatory standards and certification, but in everything that can increase customer confidence and the company's competitiveness.

There are no standards to be followed.
There are all sorts of certifications at the level of management and individual employees. The same SAFe, for example, by which you can get a certificate.
Also, software in some cases must undergo some kind of certification, but this only applies to transport, medicine, and all sorts of state things.
For example, there are SPICE and ASPICE, which regulate how the development and testing process should be conducted.
There is also some kind of ISO standard that describes the stages of the life cycle, but I don’t remember the number
