What are the spaces in my class for comparing values?

Filed a class for flexible comparison of values. I tried to take into account all cases for which native comparison is not suitable. Please take a look - maybe something is not taken into account.

Regarding the implementation by one class:
at first I planned separate classes implementing a common interface for each type / case and a manager class to manage them, but in the end I abandoned this option due to unjustified implementation complexity.
