What are the solutions for using a PC as a docking station?
Here asked a question. Many use laptops and docking stations for them, when connected, laptop resources are used. But I did not find a solution to connect the laptop's internal drive via Thunderbolt to the PC and use the PC's resources. As I see it in the most primitive version: I come home, put the laptop turned off, for example, in a vertical stand where it immediately connects to the PC via a thunderbolt, all other peripherals are connected to the PC, that is, the PC is like a docking station with only computing resources. Then I press the power button on the PC and voila, as if behind a laptop there are much more resources for heavy tasks. Who actually met such decisions or similar?
