The topic of software development standards was discussed at the university. I wanted to know what standards (GOST, ISO, etc.) are in force in Russia?

GOST can be for a toilet bowl, a nut, a plumbing tool, a crane, an airplane, a helicopter, or even a rocket. On PO GOSTs are very weakly applicable. What should be described in GOST? How to sort an array, map, or write to a database? A sort of GOST for software development can be called a list of disciplines from the Computer Science MIT course or our Computer Science Center.
Didn't the teacher tell you what standards exist?
