As a result, the manager must see in this system the list of the planned mailing list for today (to whom, at what time), check it with his list, make sure that he entered everything into the system correctly, and forget about it until the next morning.
The system should be as simple as possible and understandable even to those who do not know a computer well. A live search is required by full name, and a unique identifier (and it is imperative that this unique identifier can be scored by yourself and enter any characters).

An example from life I can only compose this: I have 12 meetings planned with various people for the day. In the morning (or in the evening) I fill them all with reminders, for example, an hour before the meeting, and that's it, then the system does everything for me.
