Three years ago there was a topic on Habré about services with which you can test sites: habrahabr.ru/post/99318
But since then a lot of water has flowed under the bridge, perhaps something new has appeared?

there is this one: www.webpagetest.org and a service from google, developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights (even with a browser add- on! :)
