but for 1 one-time checks it is a little expensive, or a little laborious to constantly make new registrations for the free version.
Maybe there are emulators with hourly rates?

The development tools of the same Chromium are quite enough, there is not a stupid page resize, there you can choose both the resolution and the pixel density.
