What are the Russian PCI DSS hosting?
The question is only for those who are in the subject, you don’t need to google, thanks :)
Considering that the dollar has risen in price by 2 times compared to last year, and also that a new law on the storage of personal data comes into force in September of this year exclusively on territory of the Russian Federation, there is nothing left but to look for a new hosting in their native spaces. And you need not anyhow, but PCI DSS compliant.
The infrastructure of the project is not trivial, now a fairly fast physical server + Cisco ASA + stray for PCI DSS type SIEM is being rented. So I'm not sure a cloud solution would be suitable.
For now, we use InetU, which was relatively affordable in the past.
Of our hostings suitable for the task, I know DataLine so far.
UPD: I found "Miran" in St. Petersburg.

Will a Selectel
data center fit?
From ours I know that Miran and Xelent are also certified .
Selectel chose 2 years ago according to the adequacy of prices for dedics, perhaps now something has changed, you have to look.
In general, I'm not in the subject, but you can chat with the infobox, they once wrote that they could.
In fact, not the dollar has risen in price, but the ruble has fallen.
But the market has not yet reacted to the fall.
Take your time: soon all local prices will double, and therefore there will be no point in looking for local hosting.
