What are the Russian-language resources with which you can learn web development from scratch?

I want to learn web development but don't know where to start. A lot of different information, but it was not possible to find a source so that there were lessons from A to Z. Recommend courses for mastering this profession

I liked Ivan Petrichenko's JS courses on Udemy, they are bought at a discount for ~ 1000 rubles.
Once you've mastered the basics, there's also a nice free course on YouTube React Way of the Samurai.

if from scratch and only the basics, then learn js css html php
and sqlite
on this one without anything else write a simple application like a habr or toaster
this is the best way
and then you will become a real programmer
and after that if you want go to the professional industry and study frameworks and so on
