Is it a good idea to use a C-like language instead of lisp when reading sicp?
I decided to read the sicp book, but I don't like the lisp syntax, is it okay to use another language for practice?

In general, there is such a book SICP in Python, I haven’t read it, but, apparently, they somehow adapted it.
If you take vanilla SICP, there will be a lot of exercises in Lisp, you simply cannot do these exercises in a C-like language. Well, unless you write your own Lisp interpreter :) Reading this book without doing the exercises is a waste of time, there is no point.
