What are the risks of using GitHub as an image host for a website?

Will a GitHub account be disabled if a popular site uses it as an image host?
Let's say the scheme is this - there is a repository with open photos, like a photo bank. The site is loaded via RAW. It is clear that the load will be horse, but is there a clause in the user agreement that prohibits doing so?

We recommend repositories be kept under 1GB each. This limit is easy to stay within if large files are kept out of the repository. If your repository exceeds 1GB, you might receive a polite email from GitHub Support requesting that you reduce the size of the repository to bring it back down.
