What are the pros and cons of Umbraco CMS?

I am a customer, I was offered Umbraco CMS for a content project.
Briefly on the requirements:
- a lot of visitors (from 100k / day and above)
- content pages - very simple
- content ratings
Tell me how this CMS will cope with the task, and are there any alternatives?
What cons can be expected?

This CMS is optimal for both solving large, high-load tasks and creating a home page. The CMS is constantly updated and the source code is available, so many problems can be solved by yourself, but in fact problems can only appear in very non-standard solutions.
