What are the promising specialties in IT with a creative background?
I am 19 years old, student of St. Petersburg technical university, radio electronics, second year. I won’t say that I’m very passionate about the specialty itself, rather the spectrum covered in training (I want to understand the basics of the basics). With mathematics - not bad, within the framework of solving applied problems - "on a four". Same with physics. Aichi, from the hot hand of his parents, has been interested since childhood - it just so happened that the whole family is either engineers, or system engineers, or programmers.
I've been wanting to start my development journey for a long time, I'm really interested in it, but with certain nuances: I definitely need a creative background in my work. With electronic devices hand in hand all his little life. There is categorically little experience in programming - literally basics, pascals and pythons, a drop of seasharp - school and university courses, moreover, greatly curtailed. There is not much about the lower level of electronics work, but I understand - I worked for 8 months as an IT intern in the system administration department, and in a university with microprocessors they give quite a good base; despite this, the backend is practically not interested. English is officially B2 Cambridge, already C1 in my humble opinion, I plan to develop it even further - I plan :)) I'm pretty good with modeling, design and sound, but I doubt game development - even though it attracts me a lot: ) With what specific technical area I want to connect my life - I don’t know yet, MANY tasks are interesting - literally from mechanical engineering to game development, probably. I’m interested in boost not only within the framework of my specialty and personal development, but also within the framework, of course, of money, my geolocation (if there is a cool option, of course) and, over the years, movement towards management, although I respect performing activities to a large extent .
From this question: where can I start and where is it better to look? Thousands of iterations of studying mathematics and the backend, with the exception of mega interesting cases, are of no interest, except perhaps maintaining them at the current level. What, under these conditions, do you see as the most promising and interesting?

Every job has an element of creativity. It's just that usually it is diluted with a decent share of the routine. So if you really want to work, then eliminate the requirement that it be entertainment.
Choose the direction to which you have a soul. Only you can know which is better. The respondents have already chosen, but only for themselves, it may not suit you. Moreover, you put profitability on a par with interest.
It’s hard for you to advise something, you (perhaps thanks to the environment) have bypassed the most popular rake - you don’t neglect your education, English and don’t salivate at gamedev.
But there are no magic balls that lead to the CEO's chair. This is a very personal and independent matter. It is very difficult to succeed in IT where you personally are not interested, no matter how promising this direction may be. If you just want to earn money and forget about work after working hours, then even going into management will not help. And where you are personally interested enough to give it a good piece of life - no one will tell you for you.
Knowledge of English opens the way for exchange studies - I would focus my attention on this .
To Finland, for example, if you don’t want to go far. Just in time for your 3rd year, the borders will be opened))
I did not do this during my student days and I really regret it a few years later.
+ Go to hh.ru and monitor the market so that in 5 years there will be no desire to change your path - there you can view the profiles of applicants without authorization, see what people do, who received and wants to receive how much ... This is no less important factor than internal interest.
On the 2nd year, without any problems, you can change direction and go into ... journalism? :D
By the way, there is a prof. orientation for adults, for money, really ... You fill out a dozen questionnaires, answer questions like "what would you do if you didn't have a need to earn money" and you might come to an unexpected answer.
P.S. what attracts you to management? in St. Petersburg there are cool student competitions in managerial wrestling, google it)
You have a "moral crossroads" for this reason:
I am interested in boost not only within the framework of my specialty and personal development, but also within the framework, of course, of money, my geolocation and, over the years, movement towards management.
Maybe you should move closer to the iron? Hands also work, and not just brains.
