What are the programs for windows for "rest" / "screen lock"?

I watched the report here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBHr8gKc5L8
Vadim talks about programs that block the screen after a while so that you can relax and you can not start further work.
What do you recommend? What do you use for relaxation in general? (I mean, not how you relax, but how do you remind yourself of this?)

In the days of XP, there was EyeSaver (formerly Anti-EyeStrain ), I don’t know if the program supports a modern OS. Here's another Google dug up.

EyeLeo is really a very useful thing, the only way in the office and escaped. Self-control does not help, but at least you break away from time to time.
