It is known how to upload a file to the Internet and send a link to this file using file hosting. The question is different. How to throw off a link where a person can download a file? Interested in all possibilities. In particular, I thought about the decision to share a link to a folder in Google Docs, where there will be open access to download for any users - but, it seems, Google has not thought of this yet.

And what, file hosting stopped accepting files? That's something, but they take them, in my opinion, without any restrictions at all ...
