What are the passport recognition APIs?

Good afternoon!

Can you please tell me, is there a paid API for recognizing data from foreign passports? MRZ string.
I tried https://github.com/konstantint/PassportEye - it doesn't see anything at all.
I know about abbyy, I'm looking for something else.
The volume is not large, about 100 documents per day, so large vendors (which have from 5k euro) are not suitable.

abbyy only
the rest on tesseract and work, it's strange that it didn't start
