There is one survey on google forms. You need to write a script that will cycle through the poll many times. Question: is there an api for this and is there any clear documentation?

There is no open API for the Google Forms service.
You can manipulate Forms in Google Drive using the Google Drive API, or indirectly edit the Forms themselves using Google Apps Script. You can build a bridge through the Execution API or publish a regular web application as an endpoint.
