What are the options for receiving reports on calls in asterisk now?
There was a need to generate call reports. For myself, with a rare need, I filtered the cdr file in the console.
We use a bare asterisk. I would like to stay on it. But if the transition to FreePBX will allow sales managers to watch all kinds of reports (with the ability to listen to the call recording, it would be generally ideal).
What are the quality paid solutions for such a "module" for asetrisk/freepbx?
