What are the options for playing music from the cloud on a tablet if it does not have 3G?

And a USB slot, or rather it is occupied by a bluetooth dongle. There is an option to fumble 3G via Wi-fi, then throw bluetooth on headphones, but here are the cons:
- Slow speed
- Fast battery drain

3G modem in USB, but this is in the headphone jack.

Philips SHB7100 can be plugged into the headphone jack. Very good and nice device.
I have been using it for about 2 years and all the time without any complaints, including when working in fairly harsh conditions.
