What are the options for local ci/cd?

Need ci/cd for tests and deployment to server + docker repository .
What are the current options?
Of the most juicy options, this is gitlab + gitlab ci , but people complain about performance, although in principle it covers all requirements.
There was also an option to set up your docker repository + drone , but everything does not look very mature.
And dron doesn't seem to support custom git servers
. What other options are there?
Ps Cloud does not offer options.

People complain about the performance of what? gitlab-runner?
Already 2 years on gitlab, the flight is normal, no problems with it.
