What are the minimum settings for Windows Server 2016 to install 1C?

What are the minimum settings that need to be made in Windows Server 2016 for the subsequent installation of 1C: UNF in file mode?
The server will be installed in the data center.
There will be 3-4 users who will work from 1C to rdp.
There will be no other tasks for the server.
Server configuration: Core i3-6100 3.7GHz, RAM 4Gb, HDD 2x 500Gb
No RAID controller.
Does it make sense to do a software raid?
What security settings need to be made?
Is it necessary to install an antivirus?
What else can you advise to do from the initial setup so that you can safely work with the server?

No, of course, users will lose their base, what do you care, it's not yours.
Allow only those who can connect via RDP, give them complex passwords, roll up all the updates that are, set up a firewall, set up backups, set up program execution policies, allowing only 1C. It would also be desirable to change the RDP port to some non-obvious one.
Not really, enough built-in.

Add 2 ssd, on one put the second system under the base.
on hdd to do daily backups
raid is needed only in case of uptime requirements. 4 users can easily wait for the rollout of yesterday's backup and restore everything they have done in half an hour.
built-in antivirus, kill everything else in the bud

UNF is better not via RDP, but to publish the database on a web server (Apache or IIS) and connect to the database with a thin client via http/https. It will be cheaper, safer and faster to work.
