What are the main tasks given to programmers and what takes up most of the time from working hours?

What are the main tasks given to programmers and what takes up most of the time from working hours?
Give some examples of the orders you completed, how much time this or that part of the work took, do you think most of the orders are monotonous (actually the same as the neighbor :)).
I myself am studying to be a programmer, but somehow I don’t really understand what tasks this specialist has and in general I consider his work to be monotonous.

Communication, tea - 20% (this is a very low figure).
Interaction and bureaucracy - 20%.
Development of new opportunities - 30%.
Debugging, bug fixing - 30%.
Most of the work will be the same.

Riveting business card sites is monotonous. Developing different systems to automate the work of a company / people is interesting and makes you think through the structure, algorithms, and optimization.
