What are the LiveCD / LiveDVD based on Linux / BSD with a full-fledged analogue of chkdsk?

You need to be able to find and fix errors on NTFS partitions.
ntfsfix features are missing.
Live versions of Windows are not considered.

NTFS is better understood by Windows.

With NTFS always, ALWAYS, it is better to deal with Windows than Linux, where its support is implemented the devil knows how. Especially if there is important info on the partition and there are no backups.
There are special liveseeds with exactly the set of software you need, or where it just comes in, these are Hiren's Boot CD and Windows XPE (I use it, although there are builds based on the seven, for example). IMHO, these two disks should always be on hand.

Support for NTFS in FreeBSD is still readonly in my opinion. Support for NTFS in Linux is via FUSE, it certainly works, but I can't vouch for the completeness of support for all features. I wouldn’t trust fixing FS errors to a program written by reverse engineering (how else can you get data about the internal NTFS device if they are not published?), unless for test purposes - an important backup will crash and consider that it should be. Konstantin is right - Hiren's Boot CD is an essential thing for an admin.
