In vk.com/faq8647 it is succinctly reported that AVI, MP4, 3GP, MPEG, MOV, FLV, WMV containers are supported for video. News from 2015 reports that HD video is supported up to 1080p at frame rates up to 60 fps
. Audio The documentation says that only the mp3 format and files weighing up to 200Mb are supported.
