What are the free .NET libraries for barcode recognition?

I would like to find free .NET libraries for recognition (optionally - generation) of barcodes. At the moment I know about the existence of ZXing, messagingtoolkit-barcode, Spire Barcode.
Mandatory conditions:
- Free. No trials, or freeware, or the ability to "spirit" from anywhere.
- Recognition of both 1D (Code-128A) and 2D (QR, DataMatrix).
- Autonomy. Do not offer online services with an API for recognition.
- Efficiency. Ideally, non-abandoned projects.
I would be very grateful for the options found.

Do you just collect or are you going to use?
You have already listed all the well-known ones, but did not explain what exactly they are not satisfied with.
The same ZXing that I wanted to advise - what do you lack in it?

I'm going to use. Unfortunately, two of them I tried had significant drawbacks (ZXing works very poorly with Code-128A, and this is one of the main requirements, and Spire Barcode takes too long to recognize the image), so I would like to know about alternatives.
