I want some kind of English-speaking community so that you can not only read (like techcrunch), but also communicate on the topic of IT, or even write yourself. Forum, community, blogs or whatever.

Goals:

- Train English (not passive for understanding, but active for speaking)
- Share opinions with colleagues from across the ocean
