What are the documentation generators for SignalR core in an Asp.Net.Core project?

Need documentation generator in Asp.Net.Core 2.0 project for methods in hub. What can be used besides Swagger ?

We considered several open-source solutions, but eventually settled on Swagger.
Although there are comments on it too, all other solutions are either raw or lose to Swagger in terms of capabilities.
