Theoretically, I knew before how it works for what you need, although there was nowhere to apply it. Many experts speak badly about flexbox, but their conclusions are not supported by anything. Help with the arguments "for" and "against", and which crutches are better)) I would be grateful to everyone who will share their use.

FOR 1 - this is the future
FOR 2 - layout is easier and more convenient
FOR 3 - much wider functionality, you can place the block in the center, make it stretch for the entire length of the parent, so that the blocks are evenly distributed over the entire width and height, and more many interesting features
FOR 4 - less hemorrhoids with adaptive design
FOR 5 - simpler with different widths and heights - everything is set by proportions
