What are the database architectures?

It was necessary for the report to find and understand 3-4 architectures of remote databases. Only file-server and client-server architectures come to mind, but, unfortunately, I can’t write about them.
With the help of Google found only service-oriented architecture.
Please help me find a few more architectures, at least the names, so that I can find information on them.
Thank you.

The already mentioned model of replication (replication) of data comes to mind, as well as really distributed databases , when different blocks of data are stored on different nodes. Well, single-mode databases, single-machine (probably it is worth starting with this model).

Maybe you need to write about the data models that underlie the database? Relational, network, hierarchical, OO (although I have not seen its formalizations, only at the level of verbal description).
